I drink Apple cider vinegar in water ( 15ml) with water twice a day before breakfast , as i wake up and before dinner while i cook. Apple cider vinegar has amazing health benefits and is crucial to maintain a healthy diet. Its good for loosing up stubborn fat and keeping the body working well. I also need to share my other secret with is Omega 3 and 6 supplements. Weather on a diet or not , these are essential. When combined with a calorie-counted diet and increased exercise, the effects of fish oil on weight loss could prove substantial. It is believed that omega 3 oil improves the flow of blood to the muscles during exercise and helps to stimulate enzymes which transport fat to where it can be used up for energy. |
