I locked myself out of my 2006 GMC Savana yesterday by accident, and was able to pop open the lock with a screwdriver in literally 1 second. I tried on all the locks on the doors and it was the same. My friend who was watching was speechless.
I couldn't get the ignition started with it though, but I bet if I found the right tool I could.
Not sure what to do with this information... Anyone know if you can upgrade the locks and ignition to a more advanced, laser cut key rather than keep using this basic, shitty one?
