Question: iPhone XR Stuck in Boot Loop (from low storage) !

Hello! Recently my phone started acting all buggy due to my low storage and I made the mistake of trying to restart it. It is now stuck in the boot loop.

I have tried doing the restart it doing the "volume up-volume down-power" combo, which did not work. I then connected my phone to iTunes through my PC. I tried to update my phone and in turn, I did not have enough storage to do so. After this, I tried the restore option, however, that also tells me that I do not have enough storage and that I should clear some space.

My dilemma here is that I cannot delete any storage since my phone is in the boot loop. Does anyone have any advice on how to help this?

Much thanks

iPhone XR, iOS 15
