Liked: Very big tent and very roomy. Loved how the windows are set up and how sturdy it wasDislike: setting up takes about 45 - 60 minutes byself and to put the rain gaurd on the roof is near impossible by yourself.Nothing comes raingaurded so you will have to buy a protectant. Best choice is to use "StarBrite Waterproofing" sold in select stores.

Make sure you set it up before going camping. The 2 main poles are easy to mix up. There's 2 additional center supports in the back of the tent. Once you get part done it's smooth sailing.

Amazing family tent! The directions to put it together were kind of vague but went pretty quick once we figured it out. Would generally take an hour to assemble and two tall people. We sealed it with seam sealer to be safe, no water got in with first use. We fit one queen air mattress, two twin air mattresses, a cooler, and a small folding table and still had space to walk. Two adults and two kids fit comfortably. I wouldn't put 12 people in this tent, but I can see how you could. Might be tight though. A family of four to six would be more accurate unless you want to be on top of each other. The projector screen is a nice perk. The closet space is nice too. Lights only go around one half of the tent, but additional strands can be bought to go all the way around. The door zipper sticks if you aren't careful because it catches on the fabric. Happy with it overall.

Nice huge tent, was hard to erect the first time cause instructions were abbreviated. Loved the space and the look. Sad to see it's not as water resistant as I'd like. Loved the carrier bag, it comes with wheels.

After putting together found two tears in the corners of the closet’s. It’s a nice tent cabin other than very poor assembling instructions and apparently the seams pull apart easy just from assembling the tent. First time my son and I put it up it had two separate tears both on the same side of the closets.

Wow! Looks like a little cabin in our back yard! Very nice tent, and huge! It went up well, but then again, my husband is a veteran camper, so...i don't think I could have done it, but he did a great job. So far, so good. We haven't used it yet so I can't address any aspects of that. Planning on using it as a "guest house" for my 20 yo grandson. If I need to change my review, it will be after Christmas.

This was a good tent but needed a back window to allow air to flow through the tent.

The directions are terrible. You have to go back to amazon picture of frame and finally we got it figured out. Called company no response and no u tube for this type of tent. After all that it is very roomy.

This tent is amazing it's quality made has so many features and is great for a family with smaller kids due to all the room and tent camping made easy it's easy to assemble and get out and love nature
