"Did not come and still awaiting refund."

I set this booking up and had a work emergency (literal emergency requiring 911 call) so called the hotel to cancel. The hotel did not have a reservation for me. The person on the phone told me I was good to go. Then I received a notification the day of the original reservation expecting my stay. I called the number on the notification. Then I was told that the cancellation policy had passed. I told them that there was never a reservation according to the hotel, which I had called to cancel prior. I have respectfully requested a refund and was told I would need to wait 48 72 hours. I have not been to the property.

The room was comgortablexand configured well. Front desk staff was inexperienced two new persons working at the same time better to have at least one experienced person at the front desk. The brown bags for breakfast are understandable due to COVID, but there was lityle availble. Could make bananas and or apples available with breakfast in the morning. The oranges were not in good condition. Perhaps boiled eggs for protein.

My wife and I have stayed at the Residence Inn near the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix on numerous occasions and the hotel and its staff have never failed to meet or exceed our expectations. This week I spent an evening at the hotel in connection with an appointment at the Mayo. Again, it was super and the service provided by the staff during "Happy Hour" was excellent. Heading back this weekend with my wife for some surgery next week. Very convenient and first rate.

I went to the exact site owned by Marriott to make this reservation. I made sure of it. I paid $120 + taxes etc for four nights. Upon arrival I learned the rate for the four nights I stayed was $90. I was for a refund. Teresa at the desk said no, I went to an outside seller of rooms. I DID NOT. I went to your site! I believe you should refund me $120 ($30/night for four nights).
