Can I take 2 200mg Advil?Adults can take one or two ibuprofen 200mg tablets (200mg to 400mg) three or four times daily if they need to. You should only take ibuprofen every 4 to 6 hours. You should not take more than 6 tablets (1200mg) in total in one day if you have brought them over the counter, from a supermarket or drug store.
How often can I take 2 200mg Advil?adults – can usually take 1 or 2 tablets (200mg) every 4 to 6 hours, but shouldn't take more than 1,200mg (6 x 200mg) tablets in the space of 24 hours.
Do I take 1 Advil or 2?It depends. For most Advil products you can take 1 capsule/tablet every 4 to 6 hours. For Advil Migraine take 2 capsules with a glass of water every 24 hours. For Advil Dual Action take 2 caplets every 8 hours.
How long does Advil 200 mg last?Advil is taken with water by mouth as a tablet, caplet, gel caplet, or liquid gel capsule. The manufacturer-recommended dose is one tablet (200 mg) every four to six hours while symptoms persist.
