I am using a Johnny Vac jv125 that uses metric hoses. I found that 1 1/4 hoses here in the USA work for this. SO this head seem to work great Glad i did this. The less cool part is that while it says that this a direct replacement for the original, it isn't quite true. When you try to place it on the hose, the part that snaps into the sprayer line isn't wide enough and it will split at the connection, causing it to leak. It does a good job of cleaning, but you need to first deal with the split or you are going have cleaning solution everywhere. It will start spraying out the side if you don't fix it. But I had to replace the original one that came with the unit. It needed to be replaced because the plastic interface with the sprayer line actually cracked apart in the same place as this replacement and leaked everywhere. This replacement was not as bad, but it still leaked. Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 28, 2020 I paid $13 for this and it shampooed both my sofas with amazing power! If it senses moisture, it really suctions it out. If you don't think it works, check the dirty water emptying into the reservoir.
