Bold and the beautiful spoilers celebrity dirty laundry

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) may push for a vow renewal to trap Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Brooke wants to lock in Ridge’s recommitment and block Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), so this might be the path to achieving that – or at least trying to!

B&B viewers know Ridge moved back in with Brooke after she hurt her ankle, but he’s been dragging his feet on fully committing to their marriage again.

Ridge really reconnected with Taylor in Monaco, so he’s been struggling to move past that passionate kiss they shared.

Of course, there’s also been a growing sense of Forrester unity lately.

The Forresters have claimed John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) as one of their own and are absolutely loving his happy reunion with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

The Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) custody war has become another reason for the Forresters to band together.

Steffy has been hyping this up as a true Forrester vs. Logan battle, so that’s bound to affect Ridge’s marriage to Brooke.

However, Brooke has no intention of just surrendering her husband to Taylor.

In the August 31 episode, Brooke was all over Ridge in front of her rival.

It was obvious that Brooke wanted to claim Ridge right in Taylor’s face and make it clear who he belonged to.

Ridge isn’t great at being sensitive to either woman’s feelings, so he kissed Brooke and allowed all that seductive shower talk in front of Taylor.

To be fair, Brooke is still Ridge’s wife, so that does give her an upper hand in this love triangle.

Taylor and Steffy often discuss the hold Brooke has on Ridge, so she may put that hold to good use.

Brooke often has a way of convincing Ridge to do what she wants and may do it once more with a recommitment ceremony idea.

If Brooke can get Ridge to fully recommit to her, then she could probably convince him to do it at a special gathering.

Brooke might urge Ridge to see that a vow renewal is exactly what they need to move forward as a couple.

That doesn’t necessarily mean Ridge would go through with the ceremony, but vow renewals are like soap weddings and tend to be backdrops for drama!

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke will pull out all the stops to keep Ridge, so a vow renewal push wouldn’t be surprising.

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 18, reveals that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) kept a big secret while Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) struggled with a Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) fantasy.

At Forrester Creations on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Thomas examined some designs and flashed back to his kiss with Hope, which turned out to be a daydream.

However, Thomas quickly shook it off and told himself that he couldn’t be fantasizing about Hope, who was married – especially since things were so great right now.

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) showed up soon after and talked to Thomas about their parents getting back together in Aspen.

Once Steffy said that Brooke was out of Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) life for good, Thomas seemed a bit on edge.

Even so, Thomas suggested a higher power was at work. Steffy said good things happen to good people – that people like Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) with dignity and integrity actually do win out in the end.

Steffy was also glad that they weren’t the ones left alone and fractured this time.

Their family’s fractures had healed, so they were finally whole again – though Thomas imagined Hope and Brooke were feeling very differently right now.

At the cabin, Liam wished Hope didn’t have to burn the midnight oil with Thomas so much, but she changed the subject and said they should go check on Brooke at the main house.

Once they found Brooke crying alone, she hugged Hope and said she didn’t know why Ridge left her for Taylor.

Hope wondered how she could help, but Brooke didn’t think there was anything that could be done since Ridge made his decision.

After Hope got a call from the babysitter, she stepped away for a moment.

It gave Brooke a chance to confirm that Liam hadn’t said anything to Hope about her almost drinking last night.

Liam just wanted to be sure Brooke had things under control in case he wasn’t there next time.

Brooke insisted it was just a momentary lapse in judgment, but she was grateful Liam had stopped her and that he was keeping the secret.

Once Hope walked back over, she could tell something was going on. Hope pushed Liam and Brooke to tell her what they were talking about.

Although Hope thought maybe something happened while she was on the phone, Brooke said she hadn’t heard from Ridge.

Brooke just couldn’t make sense of why Ridge felt so betrayed, so she broke down crying in Hope’s arms.

Back at Forrester Creations, Steffy admitted that part of her felt bad for Brooke, but she knew Brooke would get over it.

Once Steffy said Ridge and Taylor were going to get married the way it always should’ve been, she hugged Thomas in excitement.

Later, Thomas flashed back to making the CPS call to frame Brooke and seemed pensive.

In the design office, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) remembered Katie Logan (Heather Tom) kissing him before she came in looking for her cell phone.

Katie inadvertently touched Carter’s hand as she took it from him, so they had another little moment.

After lots of flirting and a Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) pep talk, Katie ran down the list of Carter’s amazing qualities and said he was a huge catch.

Carter also told Katie she had a beautiful smile and the best laugh he’d ever heard.

Since Katie was able to make Carter laugh too, he was grateful since he hadn’t felt like laughing much since Quinn left.

Carter said that Katie’s supportive words meant a lot to him – and Katie herself meant a lot to him as well.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Carter and Katie could have a bright future together if this keeps up, so stay tuned!
