"Hanging Out In The Hall When You Are Tired." Overall Score1.0/ 5 The property itself was nice. However, ours was not a good experience. We drove from south western Ohio straight through to Orlando. Obviously, we were tired. We couldn't get into our resort until the next day. This hotel had availability, so we chose to spend the night. We checked in and received our keys. However, when we got to our room, neither of the keys would work. My husband called the front desk. They said security would be right up to let us in our room. We hung out in the hall for about 15 minutes then called the front desk again. "Security will be up" we were told again. We waited another five 10 minutes in the hall. Finally, the security guard came up. He tried our keys (hello! we already did that multiple times). He finally let us in our room with his key. Then, he had to go back to the lobby to get new keys. We couldn't just relax until he got back about 15 minutes later. He brought back two keys, but only one would open the door.
