8.9 GreatBased on 2,468 verified guest reviews 8.9Solo 8.8Families 8.7Friends 8.9Couples Pros + Cons - Time of Year: Mar-MayJun-AugSep-NovDec-Feb Sort by: Pros:Beautiful property! Relatively close to the Disney parks. Lots of activities to do. Clean rooms! Cons:Disney park shuttle should be free for the price you are paying for your stay. Pros:Location to outlet mall, and to Disney Springs. Cons:A more comfortable sleeper sofa. Pros:The atmosphere was so friendly! Pros:nice facilities and staff Cons:it was spring break season, so a little crowded and not too interested in being right next to outlet mall, as some are Pros:Staff seemed interested in being helpful, despite poor follow through. Conveniently located to other of property attractions. Cons:Property Tuscan style is too dark, inside and out. Room in need of updating and very poorly cleaned. Noisy and near a parking garage. Property layout requires too much walking to get to main facilities, should be more centrally located. Pros:The room was incredibly nice, spacious, and clean. Has everything you need. I would live in this type of kondo style format. Kitchen, screened in patio, jacuzzi tub, up to date, and modern. I couldn't of a better place for the price. I took my fiancee for her Birthday and it wowed her. Almost all the staff know the Hilton way of hospitality, we were treated with respect and like we were important to them. Cons:On the way out after the time share presentation around 1:00 pm we walked over to grab a bite at the Parc Soleil and the gentleman working behind the bar, may have been the bar tender, seemed a bit rude as if we interupted his work duties. When we approached him to order to go he didn't say hello or how can I help you, he just looked at us like we were ghost until I asked if we could put in an order. He didn't seem focused on the Hilton way of hospitality, but we didn't let one ruin all the wonderfulness of everyone else we encountered. 1 out of 50 is not bad, thank you Hilton. Pros:The property is right next to the premium outlet, and that's what my girl friend needs. Building 7 8122 Arrezzo Way, Orlando, FL 32821
