"Worst customer service ever cussed at cops called pushed." Overall Score1.0/ 5 I have never been treated like that before. when the reservation was made we asked about the pool being open. clerk told me to come back at 3. it was 245 and I just put my card into machine and filled paperwork and I told her I would wait till three so I knew for sure about the pool. Ragen was her name and she snatched my paperwork and ran to her office. I asked for it and she said get your mf ass out of my office and told me to get the f out of the bldg. she said she was gonna call the police and I said good I will be right here. She also said that I broke her glasses but I never touched her and I am sure that the police watched the video and never said anything to me about them. police also said I was wrong about going into office and I said that they were right about that. I owned up to my wrong. Ragen actually put her hands on me. I asked for a copy of the paperwork and they said I couldnt have one. police said it was a civil matter. Mike P.
