Sadly this was bought by my 81 year old mother as a gift for me believing it was of good quality. Please warn the elderly not to fall for cheap crap sold on the internet!

Tried to contact Home innovation customer support and you guessed it, same scenario, zero service.
Sadly this was bought by my 81 year old mother as a gift for me believing it was of good quality. Please warn the elderly not to fall for cheap crap sold on the internet!
