Help, I lost (or sold) my phone and can't log in! What do I do?
If possible, you should contact your wireless service provider and get a replacement phone with the same phone number. Steam will be able to send SMS messages to your replacement phone, and you will be able to recover your account as described below.

If you no longer have access to your phone and don't have your recovery code, you'll need the assistance of Steam Support. If you don’t have access to the email address that is currently associated with your Steam Account please provide proof of account ownership within your ticket.

How do I remove the phone number from my account?
Log into the store in a browser, then:

To change your phone number in TextNow, Follow these steps:

1. Open TextNoew app in your phone and swipe from left edge of your screen to open the side menu.

2. Tap the gear icon tro open settings.

3. Click on “Accounts”.

4. Click on “TextNow Number”

5. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your screen.

6. Click on “Release Number”

7. Your number will be released. Now you will have to add a new number. (You may have to close the app and open it again) To get a new number click on “Continue”.

8. Enter your area code and press “Continue”

9. Choose a number and click on “Continue”

10. You have successfully changed your number.
