OCCU has received dozens of phone calls from community residents informing us of a suspicious text claiming to be from Oshkosh Community Credit Union. The scam informs the recipient that a new device has accessed his or her online account and to click a link to report the action. If you have received this message, DO NOT CLICK THE LINK! This message is NOT from Oshkosh Community Credit Union. We will never ask you to verify personal information via a text link. Block the sender’s number and delete the text. If you have any questions, please call a member service representative at 920-233-1952.
