A friend recently applied for a Bank of America Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards MasterCard credit card and didn’t get approved instantly. She asked what she should do. I suggested she check the Bank of America Credit Card application status online where she quickly found out she was approved!

If you applied for a Bank of America credit card online, you can check the status of your application online. You can also check the status by calling us at 866.422. 8089. You'll receive your card within 10 business days after you're approved.

How long does it take for BOA to approve application?

Your application will be processed in 1 to 2 business days. We'll send you either an email or letter letting you know if you are approved for your account. You will receive your account documents via U.S. Mail within 7-10 business days.

How do I know if I will be approved for a credit card?
