How to forward calls on avaya office phone

Enabling Call Forward

1. Pick up handset
2. Make sure you are on the Avaya Phone Homescreen (hit Phone button to make sure)
3. Press the right arrow key (next to OK) to go to the Phone Features menu
4. Arrow down to Call Forward and press the OK button
5. Press 7 then for off campus phones Press 1 followed by the User's 10-digit Phone Number to forward calls to specified extension
6. You will hear 3 beeps and then press the Exit soft key just underneath the phone screen
7. Hang up handset
8. Your Forward calls button will be lit up and future calls will go to specified #

Disabling Call Forward

1. Pick up handset
2. Make sure you are on the Avaya Phone Homescreen (hit Phone button to make sure)
3. Press the right arrow key (next to OK) to go to the Phone Features menu
4. Arrow down to Call Forward and press the OK button
5. Press the Exit soft key just underneath the phone screen
6. Hang up handset
7. You now have your phone set back to your own extension
