Our Aetna Ambassadors are on hand to help members through their medical journey. They offer support in the following ways:

  1. Providing pre-authorisation of treatment, for peace of mind on what's covered

  2. Pre-admission support for inpatient stays

  3. Discharge planning

  4. Consulting with members, including family members, to select hospitals and treatment plans that optimise use of their benefits plan - including coordination between other health plans or government subsidies the member is entitled to
