UPDATE: I have now had this oven for 3 years and it still functions and bakes perfectly as the 1st time I used it. I m getting ready to remodel aother home and move and have opted to add this very same oven. I love this oven so far. I have only been using for a short time but is very easy to operate. I am trying to get use to not having the digital panel like my old stove had but this one is very simple. I love having the large double ovens, during the holidays I never have enough room to cook multiple dishes at the same time but now I will have plenty of space. The timer is not very loud and only beeps one time. I am getting use to the fans cutting on and off but they are not loud enough to bother me as some people complained about. The only issue that arose was that I ordered the ovens at the end of October 2018 for my new build home and we did not install them until the end of February 2019. When it arrived I opened the front of the box to make sure it was not damaged and then immediately put it into storage until my house was ready. Upon removing the box from it, we discovered some damage to the back of the front control panel. the top edge had been bent and the little clip that held it in place was broken off and the little lights for the preheat was knocked out and just lying there . I called Frigidaire and they said it was outside of the 30 day cosmetic warranty and refused to help us. Luckily my installer was able to do a quick fix to the clip and get the trim bent back into place and the light back in. Once it was placed in the cabinet we couldn't even see the damage. So, thanks to the appliance installer and not to Frigidaire we have a working oven now.

We received these ovens and the clip to the control panel was broken from the very start.
We had our contractor here and we needed to get them installed. We glued the clip and the control panel was attached. After using the oven less than a dozen times, an error code appeared F45. I followed the instructions in the book and did as instructed. The error code continues to appear. After turning the circuit breaker off a few times I can eventually get the oven to operate. The error code appears every time I use the oven. Frigidaire started a warranty claim and sent somebody out....he made a phone call and proceeded to tell me I need news fans installed. I am shocked that not only was the face plate broken but the fans in the double ovens don't work either. These ovens were installed early November 2020. So now they need to be removed from the wall and I was told I needed my contractor to come back out to help the repairman. I do not recommend this company for appliances. Extremely disappointed to not have working ovens and the inconvenience. The few times they worked, I was reasonably satisfied. I will add they are quite noisy. If I had the option I would just return them.

These look nice and seem to be high quality. The clock is very dim and almost unreadable in most light situations.

On 12/16/19 I purchased the Frigidaire professional series double wall oven to replace my 17-year-old GE performance double wall ovens. The oven arrived 12/20/19 and my electrician installed them on 12/21/19. I was so excited to have my new ovens before Christmas. 12/24/19 I started baking my holiday cakes that I sell. I immediately became disappointed. These ovens do not bake evenly, and my cakes were ruin. I have baked this rum cake that I sell more time than I can count. 1 hour at 325 degrees and it comes out perfect. I have attached pictures of cakes that I baked for Thanksgiving and the two that I made on Christmas eve. This oven seems to not cook the food on the bottom, and I notice there are not heating element at the bottom. The convection should cook evenly due the fans, but that is not the case. I read some of the reviews that complained about the timer, the fan, and display not showing the oven temperature, which were not a deal breakers for me. The poor cooking performance is unacceptable. It is the day after Christmas, and I can't wait to get off from work the go to back Brandsmart U.S.A to start the return process. To buy this high product, pay to have it delivered, and pay to have it installed (a little more than $3,000.00) and now really wanting to return them is a clear indication of my disappointment. Also, they had this same oven on the show room floor that someone had used and returned. I inquired as to why it was returned and both sales people said that they did not know. I should have pressed for more information. I did not buy the 300.00 marked down unit because I did not want any problems. I will update this review when the return process is completed.

The only major difference in the interior of the Frigidaire Professional and the Frigidaire Gallery is the extra ice bin in the top left corner of the freezer.
