They offered me one room! The staff was
indifferent to the bad situation given the late hour. They had the ability to solve the problem but did not. They called another Hilton property but made no attempt to obtain a similar rate, free breakfast or queen beds, all included in my original booking. The staff at the new Hilton property argued with me over these details at length at 2:00 am! The worst customer service at Two Hilton properties!
