When you get the email the tickets are ready, it'll either have an 'Accept tickets' button or tell you to look for another email
- The email has an Accept tickets button: Click or tap 'Accept tickets.' Follow the steps to create an account where the tickets are stored. Use the same email you use on StubHub, and complete the steps to accept the transfer.
- The email says to look for another email: You'll get another ticket transfer email (from Ticketmaster or the seller). This email will have an 'Accept tickets' button for you to accept the transfer. Check spam or junk folders in case you already have the transfer offer email. For more help, see Didn't get Mobile transfer ticket transfer offer email.
After accepting the tickets, you're done! We recommend adding them to your Apple Wallet, Google Pay, saving the link, or bookmarking the mobile web page for easy access once you’re at the event
On event day, log in to the account where the tickets are stored (where you accepted them). Show the ticket on your phone to scan it at the gate.

So a distributor of mine gave me two tickets to a football game. The tickets came via ticket master and I transferred them to my apple wallet. Now I wont be able to attend the game and I want to transfer them to my sons but I'm unable to.

You need to transfer the tickets through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster does not allow direct transfer of tickets in the wallet, only through their website.

Hello, If your son's have an iPhone you can open the ticket in Wallet. Then in upper right hand corner press the circle with 3dots. Then in the upper right hand corner press square with up arrow. Then email the ticket to your son. When he receives the mail he can place ticket in his iPhone wallet. This worked for me, but there might be some restrictions on tickets. I also tried an AirDrop, but message said person cannot accept passes. Good Luck.

When following the suggested process it doesn’t give me the transfer option with the 3 dots. How do I transfer tickets from apple wallet?

On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
Tap the pass or ticket that you want to share.
Tap the More button

If you don't see the share icon, the merchant or company that issued the pass or ticket hasn't enabled sharing in the Wallet app. Check their app or website to see if they provide options to share a pass or ticket.
