You will receive an email with a dispatch notice once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed over the weekend (Sat - Sun) will be dispatched on Monday. If any items are out of stock we may deliver in two shipments, we will keep you advised should this situation arise. You will not be charged any additional delivery charges. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive in perfect condition or if there is a shortage, faulty or incorrect item please let us know within 7 days of receipt so that we can do our best to assist you. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES If you are shopping on one of our International sites in your local currency then any taxes & duties will be calculated during the checkout process along with the shipping charge. RETURNS INFORMATION We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Luxury Legs, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 28 days (14 days for sale/outlet items) from the original dispatch date to return it to us. RETURNS T&C'S We take pride in our Luxury Legs items, so anything returned, should be unworn, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging and all garment tags and labels still attached. We won't be able to refund any items that are damaged or worn and if we have to return them to you we may ask you to cover the delivery costs. Standard Price Items - Standard items are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after the purchase date. Discounted Items - Discounted/sale items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. JEANS, LEGGINGS, TROUSERS & CLOTHING - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit as long as they are returned in perfect condition, unworn and with all their labels attached and any packaging intact. SHAPEWEAR & UNDERWEAR - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any of these items as long as they are returned in pristine condition with all their labels and any packaging intact. For hygienic please try on panties and shapewear over your own underwear We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the return. Fair Use - We need to ensure that our returns service is sustainable. If we notice an unusual level of returns activity which is way above the norm we may have to stop accepting future orders from you.
