I now understandway it's called Dollar Rent A Car, that's because when you rent from them, you'll be paying more DOLLARS for your rental. Please read more reviews and don't come here.

This place was a bad experience to being with. The customer service girl was upset because her coworker called out sick and she had to stay working an extra shift. So she was not happy to begin my story. Mind you, I had nothing to do with that.

First you go on line and you get a price. I took the specialty dealer select your car with a compact as the smallest car at time of pick up. Then when you get there the price changes higher. When I show them my on line paperwork copy says my price is locked, they make up some BS story to me. When I call the on line price place I went on, they say they should have honored my price locked. So I was taken for an extra $112 more for my rental. That's ok because, catch me once, shame on you but catch me twice, shame on me. That won't ever happen again. You will not get my business or cash ever. I recommend that you go to other car rental spots before this company.

My only reason why I gave them two stars is because I told them I needed a bigger car then a compact and they gave me one size bigger to standard size and they didn't seem happy because of it. That's because at the time I booked with them about 3 1/2 months in advance, it was my wife and me alone but two weeks before we left for vacation we had some friends who wanted to meet us for vacation in PR to spend a few days together. So we had 4 adults in the car.

Just the hours. Lost 5 hours because the rental close at 5om and my flight was at 10:pm. Other than that everything was perfectReviewed Oct 20 2022

My capital one card was rejected causing me to use my own insurance and pay an extra $60. Capital one and Visa couldn't provide an explanation. I pay $450 for this card and all it's perks, one being rental car insurance. I will notify both of my issues when I return home. Your terrible policies wasted an hour of my time and cost me $60. The only thing is change is for the shuttle to either be at the airport waiting when your fight gets in or let you know that you have to call. We waited for a bit before we figured out we had to call. The shuttle did come quickly once we called though.Reviewed Dec 7 2021

Pros:Shuttle service to and from the airport and the location of the facility was very close to the airport.Cons:They are to open at 11 pm each day. The day I went to drop off the rental I was there at 10:30 pm to ensure I could drop off and make it to the airport in time for my flight. They didn't arrive to open the building at 11. The agent also asked for my full declaration page of insurance versus proof of insurance.
