As it is a historic property, the lobby was marvelously refurbished with its marble surroundings. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the style is wonderful. Close to everything in downtown including the light rail, bars/restaurants, sports arenas, and nightlife. Cons:As it is a historic property only valet parking available which may inconvenience some but wasn't a deterrent for me. Room service limited to a few hours daily. 15 East Monroe Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004
